EMPLOYEE ASSESSMENTS

We are accredited to administer the Life Styles Inventory Thinking Styles Assessment. A Human Synergistics product.
We conduct behavioural competency assessments in association with Organisational Psychologists.

COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT

Capture all payroll information, including legislative deductions (PAYE; UIF; WCA; SDL etc.) & non-legislative deductions (garnishee orders, maintenance orders, medical aid, union fees).
Generate payslips and reports for all deductions.
Generate annual IRP5's & IT3a's.
Manage all leave.
Manage all employee benefits, i.e. medical aid and provident/pension fund.

EMPLOYEE WELLNESS –TRAINING & COUNSELLING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETAINER

Arrange professional and confidential counselling for staff where required.
Ensure relevant policies are in place and updated according to legislative requirements.

Update and maintain employee files.
Handle all HR-related queries with staff.
Compilation and submission of EE report.
Preparation of B-BBEE Audit.

LABOUR RELATIONS

Ensure all staff are aware of labour legislation through training.
Manage the Disciplinary Process.
Assist with CCMA cases.
Employment Equity Committee Training.

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Develop, implement and monitor the HR strategy.
Compile, review and update all HR-related Policies and Procedures.
Conduct Job Analysis
Compile Job Descriptions
Conduct Salary Benchmarking
Conduct Job Grading

PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT

Create a performance development process with management that is aligned to business strategic outcomes.
Review existing system and provide guidance on changes where applicable.
Ensure KPI’s are aligned to job description.
Compile technical and behavioural skills competency library.

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

Handle complete recruitment function from job analysis to interviews to employee on-boarding.
Conduct pre-employment screening, i.e. criminal, ITC, employment references.
Conduct pre-employment assessments.
